We are temporarily closed for non-medical necessity appointments

Due to the recent announcement of Erie County moving into “Orange” zone, we must close our doors for the time being.

However, as NYS has deemed “medically necessary massage therapy” as essential, we are able to take limited appointments with a written physician referral or recommendation (from a doctor, chiropractor, physical therapist, psychiatrist, etc).

To book a medically necessary massage, please text or call Arlynn Knauff at (716) 266-6463

Massage Therapy is one of the oldest forms of healing arts –

Dating back as early as 3,000 years ago in ancient Chinese records. Today, massage therapy is becoming more widely known as a vital part of physical rehabilitation as well as a holistic treatment for many ailments – both physical and mental. Massage therapy has been proven beneficial for many chronic conditions, including depression, anxiety, low back pain, fatigue, infertility, arthritis, edema, immunity suppression, many auto-immune diseases (including fibromyalgia), high blood pressure, and more. It can help to improve mental clarity, improve performance at work and in daily activities, and reduce stress.

NEW SERVICE: Thai Yoga Massage

Arlynn at the beginning of this year had the amazing opportunity to travel to Thailand to learn Thai Massage at a retreat in the rainforest. She is elated to be able to bring this ancient stretching technique here to Buffalo.

Thai massage uses acupressure and gentle stretching techniques to relax the whole body. It is done on a mat on the floor, fully (but comfortably) clothed. Thai Massage can be extremely beneficial towards lowering stress levels, stimulating circulation, improving range of motion and flexibility, helping to break down and realign scar tissue, and increasing energy.

90 min: $130 | 120 min: $195
