Swedish Relaxation Massage
Swedish massage is the most common and best-known type of massage in Western culture. Swedish massage is a great place to start for those who may have never had a massage before, or are simply looking to relax. The Swedish body massage is the combination of many different techniques that work with the soft tissues and muscles in the body to help restore balance and health.
A Swedish body massage is excellent for those who may be over worked and/or stressed out. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing, giving both the body and mind an opportunity to truly unwind.

This service is beneficial for those with chronic muscle tension and pain, especially when caused by injury or overworked muscles, and who prefer a little more intensity during a session.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage incorporates heated stones, typically basalt (“lava”) stone, during the massage. The therapist will uses the smooth stones as either an extension of their hands or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and work as an aid to warm up tight muscles. This can then allow the therapist to work more deeply quicker and with less pressure
This massage is excellent for those looking for an enhanced relaxation technique. It also can help to fight the “winter blues” with the added heat.
